now achieves transformation efficiencies of
greater than 10 billion (10¹⁰) E.coli transformants
per microgram of input DNA, and almost that many
using our new revolutionary Stationary-phase cell
prep protocol!

We recently received a generous 2-year NIH grant
to make a mammalian version of the Cloning Gun
and improve the transformation efficiency of
mammalian cells.  We are now hiring biology and
electronics Staff Scientists and Technicians.
